When try to load a 'change apperance' screen or any other ingame change & the screen pauses, I have trouble telling the differance between the game pause and game freeze [which it has a tendancy to do when I do ingame changes].   huh

I use Insiminator and have Basic, Nightlife, Open for Buisness & University Life Collection.

Could someone make a mod to have that spinning hourglass that appears when you load your 'hood show up while loading a pause-the-game-screens so we can tell the difference between the pause and a game freeze.

Thanks from the bozo who wastes time waiting for the game to respond.   angry

A game freeze happens out of the blue if you were playing, and sometimes the game just shut down to the desktop. An hourglass cursor will spin indefinitely.

A pause would usually be a red outline on all of the edges of the game with a Pause symbol in the upper corner. And you don't have trouble unpausing the game.

Nothing you can really do but wait for the game to load new images or items before you can resume playing. Just make sure you have the right version of Insim for your new OFB & UNI Life Collection. The wrong version -can- freeze your game up.
