This Piercing is not painted. This is a new mesh and it's based on earrings. This mesh doesn't override default game earrings.
You will find it in Accessories category.
You can recolor or re-texture it.

*You cannot have this piercing and earrings at once.
*The position of this piercing depends from facial structure of an individual Sim.
*It matches to teen, young adult, adults and elders.

As per site rules, you are only allowed to upload one image file as an attachment. All other images must be hosted via third party host (photobucket, etc). Could you please fix your posts?
