Sites for build objects?

I'm hoping some of you might know of some sites that have a good amount of new and recolored build objects. More specifically, I'm looking for new or recolored stairs (including modular).
BTW, I have gone through this site and MTS without much luck.

Granted that I don't think there are many stair recolors, I'd strongly consider Parsimonious for wallpaper, flooring, and other stuff (thry also have a great deal of clothes and furniture too)

There's a list of sites offering cc for Building and Construction on the sims wiki site. Now, just a little caveat, the installation of new modular stairs requires you to make a .txt modification to your game. (Numenor's modular stairs don't because they override the maxis originals and use the text file already present in the game). In that light, something to look and consider is Numenor's Scriptorium. It helps install custom modular stairs, walls (not wallpapers, but walls), lights with custom lighting and fireplaces

I do have the Scriptorium thingy already, since I use the insulated walls from MTS, so I'm going there first haha. I must have looked in wrong places there, because I didn't see much.
