Time for another house
This is 1013 Magnolia Street. A large house that I think go well in a suburban neighborhood. The house covers four floors including the basement and can easily house a large family.
The house is built only with original maxis content and uses no hacks.I was inspired to make this lot when I was making the Camden house from the TV-show "7th Heaven" that can be found at the link in my signature
The exterior uses the same features as the house used in the pilot but the interior is not the same as in the original house. Although I have borrowed some features from it

The garden has a nice shaded barbeque area with grill and even a swing for the children
