You know those long socks with a bunch of cool colors? If I could just get a white pair for my female sims, that would be splended.

I would also like a ribbon across the top, but no bow. Like this,
mmm

I know my keyboard art is horrible, But I think you get it

I removed your other duplicate thread. Please do not post the same thread multiple times across the board.

Thanks for doing so, caffeinated.joy, I couldn't find a way of doing it myself.

Is there any way to make them something like in the glasses section or something?

It's not? Not even with a new mesh?

And by the way, most people here who aren't playing SIMS 3 probably don't want it... hence making the request for SIMS 2...

There is one way with Morague's overlay, if you have the time and patience to learn how it is done......
http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=239851
It works the same way as the game overlays(burnt/electrified/Tanned/plantsim etc)
But making a new package is difficult(even with the tutorial)
If this is for private use you better download a tattoo overlay and edit it to your liking and add some sock textures.
But keep in mind this overlay is not a accesoire and will always stay on(even in the shower Wink )

Other then that it is not possible.....offcourse you can make a new mesh but it is wanted in the accesoires category so you end up with 2 meshes ingame(clothing and accesoire)
Socks are normally textured on bottoms or fullbodyoutfits and those can not appear as accesoires as they lose their skintone.
Hope this satisfies your questions.

Ah. I think I'll just stick with what I have. I can just edit the outfits I want the socks with. But thanks for the input!
