You will need the bell bottom pants mesh for the slimmer bodybuilder from here for these to show up in your game.

Here are another 8 long pajama pants for the slimmer bodybuilder.

They are organised into 2 sets with 4 outfits in each set.

Set 1.


Set 2.



p.s. the tatts are part of the skin, not part of the outfit.

Unfortunately I can't make the skin available as its a personal re-colour I did of one I got from a TSR.
