WCIF a lighting mod?

I have been searching on MTS and the Wiki but i can't seem to find it. I am looking for a mod that changes the daytime and night time lighting outdoors..like it has a dawn and dusk and some others in between. Sorry if im not clear but thats what I remember about it. Thanks in advance!

Hmm, there's
Gunmod's Light Radiance System
on MTS.
Spookymuffin, a former creator, did one as well, but I don't know what happened to her files.
