Something to use to buy and build already made apartments?

The ones maxis gave us I want to change them a bit especially with buy to get rid of that annoying communal stereo in one of them , They keep constantly turening it on and going off to dance all the time, id like to make one of the apartments into two by knocking a wall down.


I have every EP now up until apt life and some stuff packs but not all.
dont have mansion and garden yet .

Basically, you need to evict all the tenants, then go into build mode.  Make your changes and save.

Then you can turn on testingcheats and shift click the door to rent the apartment furnished instead of empty.
