Okay, so I read on this site how you need the resorce file, and I have that file, but the little blue notebook that's in the resorce file is missing the file is blank it's just blank. I have the little monkey from that other site that was suppose to help, but the skintones, houses, and sims still don't show up. When I start the game I push the install all, and it acts like it works, but half of the stuff does not show up. I am not very savy at computers so all the things I have read, I bang my head because it's foreign to me? Sad Am I suppose to put my Skins, sims, and house in the resorce file or what, I do have winRar 64 bit and I have vista. Someone help me please.

Download and install:
http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=344611
- Download the TS3InstallHelperUAC.rar.
- Install as per installation instructions

For *.package files
When you download custom stuff unpack it in (usually) :
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages)
or simply double click on them(after you unpacked them ofcourse)

For *.sims3pack files
Download and extract them to (usually):
C:\Documents and settings/electronic arts/sims 3/downloads(for XP, i think Vista is similar)
