sorry for answering you this late, i was not at home . for the picture; i had done what you said, i had read the general help section. may be the size of the picture is too big, i don't know.

The size of the picture doesn't matter if you're just linking to it and if you try embedding a picture that's too large the forum just resizes it. It looks like your link is missing some code.
