First of all, please use the modify button to edit your post rather than reply to yourself within the same day. Second, please do not bump your thread. Be patient. You only asked an hour ago and we can't guarantee that the people who know the answer will be online when you need them to be. We all live in different time zones (for me it 1:40 in the morning) and anyone who helps here, be they staff or regular member, does so on a volunteer basis and has outside responsibilities as well (work, family, etc). Someone will answer when they can. Until then, all you can do is be patient.

Select 2 vertices(you only will see 1) were the 2 meshes connect then go to the vertex menu and choose unimesh bonetool.
A popup appears were you can adjust the bonesettings for every vertice.
When you exame the 2 vertices you will see the settings are difrent.
click apply to all and then commit all.
Repeat these steps for all vertices causing trouble.

Do NEVER use weld together!!!

If the boneassignements are correct:
Select again 2 vertices(one showing) and use snap together from the vertex menu
Repeat these steps for the whole seam.
this is normally the first step to fix it but i thought you already had done that.
When you snapped all pairs of vertices you then also need to alligne the normals:

Select the whole seam between the feet and the body and select alligne normals from the vertex menu.
If the plugin is not there get it here: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=139859
