I was looking to request a custom lot.

I saw this house and fell in love with right away. I wanted to see if it was possible to make it into a Sim lot. I couldn't imagine how to do it. It has soo many levels and the whole middle open thing going on as well as how the stairs are.

I don't mind custom content. I have all EP's, but I don't have any of my SP's downloaded right now. If you make it and it needs any of the SP's let me know so that I can re-download it.

Here is are the links:

::::UPDATE (reply to Chaavik)::::

I'm sorry, I should have specified, I wanted the 4-bedroom plan, which should be Type 3. I thought that was the most interesting.

I first posted this in the Sims 3 pudding exchange section, but I got no replies for them. I also have the Sims 3, so if it is only possible in the Sims 3, then I suppose I would want it in that game.

If the builder only does Sims 2, then I guess it would be up them if they wanted to Mod the house, or just leave it out. I'm not picky at all, I just tried to make this house several times and failed miserably.

And I would prefer an unfurnished house (I like to furnish them myself, especially since I would try to get similar furnishings that are present in the model). But if the builder prefers to make it with furnishings, I don't really mind. Like I said, I'm not picky, so whatever the builder can do is amazing.

I hope that helps and thank you for catching all my mistakes.

This is a fantastic looking house. An interesting one to build. Clean lines, simple looks and efficient spaces.

But, I noticed in this link, http://www.rohanbuilders.com/ashima-fplan.htm , there are three different floor plans: two 3-bedroom and 1 4-bedroom plans. Which did you want: Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3?

One question about this following link, http://www.rohanbuilders.com/ashima-split.htm , there is a "underground" garage. This would be possible with Sims 3, but not with Sims 2. Not if extensive modding is required to make it work so cars can go down the slope into the garage like that. So did you want a basement garage included or did you just want the house without the garage? The builders might want to know that before they can fulfill your request for a house built like that.

Also, did you want a furnished house or an unfurnished house? Some builders might not have all of the EPs that you have. Sometimes providing an unfurnished house is easier for those who want to do their own decorating.

No problem! I think it can be done with either Sims 2 or Sims 3. The garage will be tricky to build in Sims 2, requiring the lot to be bigger than normal for the ground to be built down as a slope to the basement.

Sims 3 building is fairly easy. Plunk down a parking curb in the basement, and those Sims wouldn't care about walking around a car in their basement recreation room.  Cheesy

I might be interested in building it if no one else respond to this request in a week or two. Give them time to consider this and try their hand at it.

well, I suppose maybe this house isn't going to be attempted. i might try my hand at it, but I am terrible at creating houses. Mine always end up simple and looking the same Sad
