Here's a new little house I made. It's designed for a small family, being that it is a small place. It can comfortably fit 3 sims, but it can house 4 if they double up. It's affordable, as well as being cute and quaint. It's market value is $13,702 and it sits on a 3x1 lot. It has VERY LITTLE custom content. I used Maxis walls, and mostly Maxis floors, but since it's a Residential lot, you can change all of that to your liking. The home is 2 stories and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's unfurnished, except for a wall light by the front door.

Check out the floorplans!

Do NOT upload any of my stuff to paysites or the exchange. Free sites are okay, but give proper credit. Feel free to use my houses in stories and things of that sort. I would love to see pictures, so it would be nice of you to message me a link of your re-decorations.

SenkoTwiik,

Hey, I love this neat little starter. It is remarkably livable and all the space is easily assessible. I am trying really hard to make my living spaces smaller. It looks like this house a lot of potential. You could fit a tiny garden and fruit trees as well as a little pond for fishing. I use that little Invisible Fishing Pond (fish virtually anywhere): netmicro at MTS2. But, I'm just a nut about getting my Sims to fish and garden, next to babies and toddlers, it is one of my favorite things in the Sims 2 game.

Sorry for babbling on. Thank you for sharing. Sincerely, Nonni

Thanks Nonni. Glad you like it. That's why I upload these things. Just want to give a little back to the Insim community.
