WCIF: No friendship decay

Title pretty much says it all.

I am looking for a mod that makes it so friendship values, either short- or long-term (or both) never slowly decay or count back down.

Anyone know where a mod like this could be found? Or is there a hack you can type straight into the cheat line?

The Insimenator has a no-relationship decay mod. But, as many of the Admins have stated, it is a use-at-your-own risk mod. I have all EPS + it works fine for me. So far, nothing's blown up yet.
