A tuturial on making celebrity sims?

Sorry if this is a repost/ obvious question but... Where can I find a tutorial on how to make a celebrity sim. I've downloaded photoshop and want to start making a sim for my brother. Any help welcome and appreciated!

I dont know how much this will be but there are a ton of tutorials for creating TS3 custom content at this site

Thanks! Now off to see what I can find. I'm trying to make my first sim. and it's going to be Ana Beatriz Barros... But we'll see how it turns out! LOL
