Can someone make this mod

I'm not sure if this can be done or has already been made but I would like a mod that stops your married sims from accepting romantic advances from other sims that are not your spouse, I know ACR does this but it only works for ACR controlled actions I want the maxis ones to be rejected as well.. I have all EXP & add ons.  thanks in advance if this can be done..
