The hair on this baby used to show off the skin changer I think is adorable! Does anyone know where it comes from?

The hair is not part of the skintone, at least. It kind of looks like it could be a modified/recolored version of Bloom's default hair. I know FourTseven had a mohawk style babyhair, but I don't know if she ever put it up for download. She hasn't been around much lately.
So far I've only seen the baby hair from this site.
