This Hair Converted?

I really love this hair, it's hard to find some nice hair for men, and I wish I could convert it for The Sims 3, but I absolutely stink at converting! If Kavar's policy (unsure about it) allows it, could somebody possibly convert this, and if it's possible, use the original textures/more Eaxis-matching textures (since I play that kind of game)?

As I've said in many other posts asking for TS2 to TS3 conversions here (and in the sticky titled "Read this first before making any request", you need to get the original creator's permission first.

Regarding converting items from Sims 2 to Sims 3: We won't convert EA game items from Sims 2 to Sims 3 (or vice versa). We will, however, convert player made custom content from one game to the other, but only with the permission of the original creator.
