Body Shop keeps closing!

Whenever I try to open the Sims 2 body shop, it closes and says "Body shop has encountered a problem and needs to close." It doesn't have anything to do with my Sims 2 downloads, because I removed all of them and tried, and it had the same problem. The expansion packs I have are: Nightlife, Open for Business, University, Bon Voyage, and seasons. I've tried to open it using all the body shops (with each expansion pack) and they all close. I would try deleting your Accessory.cache, cigen.package, Groups.cache and ContentRegistry (or any of those files that are there). You may not have them all, so just delete what you do have. They can become corrupt and cause different problems, one of which can be Body Shop loading issues. It might take a while for BS to open after you delete them, since fresh copies of those files will be regenerating, but it should work.

If not, can you please tell us what your computer specs are?
