A mod for skin tones

You know how you can completely edit the colors for anything else, eyes, hair, and all?
You think somebody could do a color wheel mod for the skin tones if at all possible?
I'm sure I'm not the only person who would thank you! ^^

Apparently not... But I know I saw a mod over at MTS2 that had something to do with the skin color presets. I'll see if I can sniff it up.
