So, I'm a long time lurker, and this is my first post ever. I'm finally releasing what I hope will be an enjoyable creation. Please tell me any errors (violations, etc.) I make and I will be sure to correct them.
Details:
-Requires at least World Adventures, please notify if I forgot to remove any High End Loft Stuff or Ambitions items that I may have overlooked.
--Note: I will work on a Base Game compatible version soon.
-Asian style home.
-30 x 20 Lot.
-Around 40000 Simoleons.
-No furnishings, for your decorating pleasure.
-No interior walls, for your room allocation pleasure.
-No stairs, for your stair choice pleasure.
-Has doors and windows.
-Terrain painted exterior accentuates stairs.
-Used Move Objects cheat to place Rustic Regal Entrance as a front gate.
--Note: I placed it there because I feel it has a more privatized and dramatic effect on visitors to your home, as opposed to the half-a-sim sized Great Wall Gate.
Options:
-Remove trees in middle, place smaller ones.
-Remove trees, place pool down.
-Remove Hedges, will bring price down a bit.
-Change terrain paint, perhaps make a flower garden.
