EP wont uninstall

I was having some issue with my game and crashing and had decided to uninstall and reinstall all eps, but when i got to The Best Of Business Collection to try to uninstall it it wouldn't uninstall. It kept saying i needed to remove the other eps first, i already did. So i then proceeded to follow instructions on manual uninstalling it, i did everything but when i put the disc in to reinstall it said that it was already installed!. So i need help figuring out why it wont completely remove from the computer and what can i do to fix the problem. restarting the computer didn't help at all.

Have you edited the registry to remove all references to the EPs you uninstalled manually? You will need to do that first before trying to install. Also, if you only removed parts of Best of Business, that may also be an issue as those combo packs seem to install more like a unit than separate expansions. So if cleaning the registry doesn't do it, try uninstalling all the way, making sure you clean the registry if you do a manual uninstall, then try installing everything from scratch.

Yeah, i had already edited the registry, even double checked to be sure nothing was missed. It isnt helping at all, when i insert the disc it still says its already installed even when im positive theres no trace of it left on the computer.
