Will it also prevent her from appearing on community lots?

The gypsy only appear once in a new neighborhood since OFB but still appear on community lots often, if this also stop her from appearing there, it is a must mod for me.

Ya know, first thing I do when I put a newlywed couple on a lot is to consummate their union in hopes of a child. It never seemed to fail; they would barely be ready to perform the deed and guess who showed up.
