As requested:
This mod allows children sims to family kiss other children sims even if they are not related.
I have only tested this with EP3 but it should work with EP2.
This mod is compatible with EP3, FFS & GLS.
This mod is not compatible with my no autonomous family kiss mod.
5/07/06 The kiss menu will no longer appear if a sim clicks on themself.
Only download one file.

I just posted a new version that fixes the pie menu, the kiss option will no longer appear if you have a sim click on themself.

No it doesn't it just enables the family kiss to be given to any child that is the only kiss that I saw that had an animation for kids:)

Is there any way that you can make it so that the menu selection doesn't say 'family kiss?' Maybe change it to 'simple kiss' or something?

If I did that it would cause problems for people that don't have EP3 & I would have to update my lecture sims & desperation interactions mods as well because those two mods change strings also Smiley

yes they can but only if you tell them to they can't autonomously kiss a child they never met.
