Hi,

I don't understood when NPCs or townies move in, they leave their job.
Why a maid can't marry a sim and keep her job ?

Why an ex-townie who worked with a playable sim can't keep on working with her/his lover or any members of the household ?

Can you fix it please ?

SimWardrobe (http://www.simwardrobe.com) had a Playable Maid controller, but it has been removed from the site, probably because of incompatibility with later EPs.  The site does retain a couple other controllers to allow playable Sims to do NPC jobs, but not many.

I think ex-Townies keep their jobs.  One of my Sims married a Townie who turned out to be very high on the Military track.

Townies do keep their jobs. I've had a few, and they've all had their jobs, with the levels intact. Helps when your sim is poor, and the townie is employed in a high-paying job!

Ok, I do a mistake about townies.

So only NPCs are concerned, maybe a career for each NPC job could resolve the problem but ex-NPC won't NPC worker anymore.
