Make a Beach Lot

How can i create a beach lot for a house that i downloaded that wasn't made on a beach lot?

I don't know if this answers your question, but you can easily just change the terrain from grass to sand.

I have downloaded a few terrains that help to create different landscapes. I downloaded a few ocean / water terrains and then I add sand and rocky / sand pebble terrains to help out with the beach look. That's also how I create my harbor / dock lots.

You can't turn a regular lot into a beach lot. There are mods that can turn a pond into a swimmable pond so you could try those. I know that this is kind of un-helpful but I don't use them so I have no idea where to get those. A search for "swimmable" on MTS should bring up a bunch of lots that have swimmable lakes/ponds/fake ocean. You should be able to duplicate what they did based on the mods included or linked in the download thread.
