Pregnant women still go to work?

I was pretty sure this mod existed. Does anyone know where I can find something to make pregnant women still go to work, instead of going on leave at the second trimester? I have all EPs.

Don't know about a mod, but I often tend to send them anyway. By car, possibly also walking (you still get the option of going to work, at least by car). They won't go by themselves, so you have to watch out for it.
