I've been pondering how to make (complete) outfit's for my Body Builder and Slim BodyBuilder Sims. T-Shirts I can do, no problem. Underware and swimsuits I can do too.

My head scratching comes from, the front and back of the clothes and more importantly, the shoes. Where exactly do you find all this stuff?!!? And, how do you do the footwear? For the life of me, I cannot figure it out.

Thank you for the help!

Its full of it over here. Get one mesh , get a second mesh , extract with simpe , get it in milshape 3d and let the combining begin. ofcourse not as easy as it sounds.
