You use the square brackets [ and ], which are found next to the P on your keyboard.

Or, if you have a non-US keyboard (where the brackets are often together with 8 and 9), you use the keys that would be in their place (to the right for P and for +/? )

It is the [ ] keys. Probably the only keys I didn't try!! I've made a note of it in my idiot book now Cheesy. Thanks to both of you for the help and speedy replies
