Does anyone know if there's a downloadable neighborhood of very tiny size?
I'm looking for a hood that is about the size of the game witch hood, but just plain (no mountains) and with place holder for at least a couple of the smallest beach lots. In other words, the smallest hood I could find. No need for houses or decoration, just a base hood.
Thanks.

You might check these out. They may be close to what you're looking for.   Grin

Thanks for your reply. I checked all the three suggested but no, they are huge in comparison with what I'm looking for. I need a hood that has place for only maximum 6 houses and is completely full. Possibly it doesn't exist. Maybe I should just get satisfied with the witch hood though it doesn't have place for beach lots. Thanks anyway for your kindness.

I have a very, very small island that I had to go find-this is where you get it:

It is a free download, and I think it's one of the smallest islands I've ever played.

Hi MaryH! Thanks for your reply.
I took a look in the link you gave me. I lost the register information to TSR and I'm not really wishing to register again unless it is unavoidable.
You said you use this hood, can you inform me if: it has beach place for at least one beach lot?; how big has to be a lot so that it fills completely the space between roads?
I can explain the reason for the request: I modified BV completely to be just a weekend district and I need extremely tiny hoods that would look like a sort of disneyland or alike (though it is not meant for this purpose). My StrangeTown for example is intended to have an alien weekend. My BV doesn't produce any tourist or NPC any longer but is visited by the inhabitants of the main hood and I can control all of them. So I really need a hood that I could design like a compact district place, where I could move from one lot to the other by just clicking the other lots. I use a hood view reach of maximum 3 lots, so I wish maximum 6 lots. I'm not in a hurry at all. This is an enormous big project that will probably take the rest of my life  Cheesy

Sadly this does not have any beach lot room. It was made for a Uni hood, and has four symmetrical areas on a raised piece of land.
I have got other links to other beach-style islands, if you would like me to find them-I'm rather fond of the island concept, and understand what you're looking for. I've been digging for islands forever, and have grabbed as many as I can. I'll see what others I've found that you could possibly use-but I can't guarantee that they'll be small-only that they will be islands and have beach lots.
What a project! Sounds like fun and compelling.

How about one of these islands?

I used Juno Island quite a lot. In my game I had about 10 res. houses + two communities (a beach lot and a shopping mall with everything you can think of). There are some smaller ones as well and I'm pretty sure some can have beach lots (like Paradise Island, used it before).

I had to search for this site-evidently there's been some shuffling around but you can still get stuff from it:

http://n99forumpaks.jfade.com/index.php

This is the Neighborhood 99 forum paks-in it, you will find there are several island terrains that are rather small.

(I have to bookmark this link because there's a login for it if you use just search terms.) All of it is still free for download.

Thanks very much for your kindness. I'll check every link and possibilities. I know many started to be interested in very small hoods once new game plays can be created that are far from what we did on the past. It can also be that new hoods start to appear. I'm glad on all links because I have very much difficulties to find the stuff self.

Checked your link to MTS, Kitty89 and yes, it was like finding the road to the Candy Shop. I think it has all I need. Thank you. I had been for hours browsing MTS and didn't find anything, I must be really dull for this.
