WCIF: Male Hairstyle in blond and ear jewelry

I'm currently gathering everything necessary to make a Sims 2 music video featuring Adam Lambert and Tommy Joe Ratliff. I think I have almost everything I need except for Tommy's hair and ear jewelry. I need the hairstyle in blond, if possible, but I wouldn't mind having the black too. The ear jewelry I need in particular is the bar across the top of the ear and the black gauge.

If anyone has an idea where to find these items, I would appreciate it so much. Thank you in advance for your help. Here's the pic:
