when I 'm starting the game and the custom content screen pops up. It show the mods that are there but some of the mod/hack names have icons of yellow triangels with exclamation points in them. My question is what do those yellow icons mean?

I wouldn't worry about it. Nearly everyone with custom content in their game will see that. It just means you have stuff that modifies game behavior installed.

Actually that's a normal thing, once you got CEP installed, as then a few EA Games database files will be slightly and consequently modified in program files in order to manage the CC ingame (and in BodyShop).
