Gym Clothes for AF?

I'm looking for something like this:


For adult females. It doesn't really matter what color, but I prefer pink if you know where one is.
High quality and pregnancy morph a plus, but not necessary. I have found a few that were Maxis mesh, so I would prefer no Maxis meshes.

Also, any kind of button-down work style shirt for AM with either rolled up sleeves or cut off sleeves.

I seen this outfit at SimChic. It actually looks like what your looking for. It is an everyday outfit, so you would have to change it in bodyshop.

The shirt shown here is very similar too. But I can't seem to find the download (the download in the thread is the female top and male hair)... Maybe someone else knows.
