Downloads manager?

I know at some point I found a downloads manager that would tell you if your mods conflicted. My computer crashed so i cant find it anymore. Can anyone tell me where it is?

Are you referring to the Hack Conflict Detection Utility? If so, you'll find it on

...delphy made a thing called the DOWNLOAD ORGANIZER over at MTS2... a search on that site will set you up proper...
