I know but Im just posting in hopes someone would see that the Bodybuilder skin meh don't show up in my game. Does this needs a patch or update or what am I missing for this not to be working,and no I'm not using multiple skin selectors.

This mod was done well.. over 2 years ago. I don't think it will work with the latest EP (Apartment Life or Mansion&Garden). It's clear that the author hasn't returned to update the mod or to verify if it is in working condition.
