Squinge, is this still a global hack? Is it compatible with Monique's Visitor Stays Longer? I would like to use it when making hotels - to enable guests to stay overnight. But I'd much prefer it as a non-global hack. I haven't tried it yet, but I will try it if it becomes non-global. Thanks for working so hard on this one.

Yes it is still a global hack, but I will be posting a new mod that is in a private beta which isn't global as soon as I get the test results it seems to be working pretty good so far
 
edit: I'm not sure if it conflicts with Monique's Visitor Stays Longer mod.

I just posted a new version of my employee auto refresh that includes
auto visitor sleepover it sets all greeted guests to sleepover status & keeps their motives just above the level that makes them leave your lot.
