Every time I play TS2 my computer crashes and I get a blue screen that tells me the computer was shut down due to an error with ialmdev5.DLL. I've been looking everywhere for an answer to this problem and all I find is that I need to update the driver. But I don't know what driver to update, really I don't even know what a driver is or does.

All I know about the computer itself is that it's a Dell Dimension E310.

If someone can lead me in the right direction that would be wonderful!

Please and thank you!

That is part of the driver set for your motherboard chipset. Running "ialmdev5.DLL" through Google led me to this.

Also, this section is for site issues, not general tech help, so I'm moving this to the General Discussion area for you.
