Do anyone know how i can make bodytype meshes with just the shoes on the body? different type of shoes like wedges and things like that and can easily b converted with clothes? steps or a video would be nice.

Actually, I think that's one of the shortest and best explained step-by-step tutorials you'll find. It has loads of pictures, which probably explains some of the length.

There are very few "quick and easy" ways in sim creation, I'm afraid. But with some practice you might be able to do most of it without needing a tutorial at all.
