Bodyshop Error

I just installed TS2 Base Game back onto my computer which has been running TS3 for a few months now. I tried to run Bodyshop because I needed to import some of my creations into the game for upload. Bodyshop opened two windows (which showed nothing but the border of the window).

The second window showed this:



I've never seen this window before. Anyone have any clue what it means?

By any chance, does your computer have an integrated graphics cards? What are your system specs? Without knowing what you computer is running on, it's hard diagnose your problem. Without knowing this, I have a few suggestions, ranging from installing an EP and trying that (a fix that has worked for some), to making sure your Direct X is up to date, to updating your drivers.

I also had that error in my laptop, since mine uses Intel graphics.
Someone suggested that I get expansion packs later than University, which I did.
I used Nightlife's bodyshop then errors gone.

Also, when I was only playing University only since I was having trouble about other EPs uninstalling my previous EP,
what I did is that I copied the TS2BodyShop.exe from Nightlife's Directory and replaced the one in the University directory, and it worked,
I also uninstalled NL afterwards.
