WCIF More Than 8 People Per Lot

I'm looking for the TS2 mod that allows more than 8 people to live on a lot without having cheats as my family wants a huge family. I'm sorry if I overlooked it here. I'm not very familiar with TS2 mods

There is also a mod at simbology called BiggerFamilies by cyjon.  I had another called ahlotfullofsims, but I removed it and don't remember who or where I found it from.
