Hello people, I have a small problem with the maxis default light skintone. When I put it into a sim, the body's colour is right, but the face is darker than the rest of the skin.
http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/6248/epicfailka.png <-- here is the glitch that I'm talking about (the example sim is wearing the replacement skintone F-INevo5 from Navetsea, but I already know that the replacement is not the problem because I tried removing it and the failure still remained there). I have The sims base game, University, Nightlife and Bon Voyage and also Celebration and Teen style stuff installed on my computer.
Thanks in advance for the help Wink.

Have you tried take out all of your custom content and seeing if that works?

This sounds like you have more than one default skintone installed -- and you can only have one in your game at any time. Search your downloads folders for any stray defaults. If you can't find any, then try Joy's suggestion.

As a sidenote: this can also be caused by a glitched outfit/skin tied to a custom bodyshape that's somehow overriding your defaults.

Thanks a lot for your help guys.
I did what Joy said and removed all of my custom content and the glitch dissapeared, so I searched for that evil piece of CC which was putting a mud mask on my simmies. Fortunately I was able to find it without spending much time. I have removed it and now my light skintone works fine.
Thanks again for helping me. See you around and have a nice day Wink.
