In my sim series I make, I'll need to have a pharamacy. I already have cold meds, pregnancy test, toilet paper, and bleach. I need someone to make me or find a box of condoms (can be a recolor of a cold med box or any other object) and other objects sold at a pharamacy like Rite-Aid or CVS.

You might like to try "Can someone please make or find ..." instead of "I need..."

It makes the world of difference between something coming off as a request or a demand.
