Are we no longer allowed to change our usernames through the edit profile page?
I keep getting an error every time I try it.

You should still be able to; I'll go take a look.

ETA:

While everything looks normal, I keep getting this error message no matter what I try to change your username to:

The following errors occurred when trying to save your profile:

    * The selected username has already been taken.

Odder still is it doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else I've tested it on. Not sure what would be causing it.

Hmmm, I keep getting this error whenever I try:

The following errors occurred when trying to save your profile:

Not sure what that means.
Sometimes I'll get both this and "the username has been taken" error.

I checked to see if our SMF version is up to date and it is, so am wondering if the FOJ has been messing about with things or what. This one has me flummoxed. (Lately, that ain't hard to do, been busy as a squirrel on crack trying to hoard nuts while seeing double!)
