Sims 2 HBB Hairy Skintones

I know this may be asking a lot but is there anyone out there still playing the Sims 2 that may have access to or know where I can find Hairy Skintones for the HBB. Or is there someone that could possibly make some and post them. I am a Mac user and they don't make Simpe for the Mac. I have tried to modify the skins using Bodyshop, that is a totally useless program, it degrades the quality of the skin so it just becomes a blur. Any help would be appreciated.

SimPE equivalent:  There are Mac utilities that perform parts of the SimPE functions.  I have a headache, so I phail at Google.
