I wonder, is there any mod that allows us to create a Servo sim at the CAS?

If you find one, please tell me. So far the Servo is not customable. You can create a Sim that looks like a Servo (if you want one  ). You have only to extract the meshes and make it available in CAS, but you are not going to create the creature at all.

I'm assuming you want a human looking Servo.  You could create your "servo" in BodyShop or CAS for an unused neighborhood, build  your Servo in game, then use SimSurgery to make your Servo look like the one you created.

And I think it's also possible to make non-default servos, but I've never done it before, so I don't know the how-to.

Or you can just download a ready to play Servo on a vacant lot and move them in with your family....
