La Fiesta Dorms-10 Rooms

This is my latest build, Dorms for your young adults. i really like this one it is nice and light inside. all rooms are done out the same. the kitchen has been made to look like a diner. i have built the bathrooms in a way that each sim can have their own shower and toilet all you need to do is lock the doors to each one to allow only your sim. there is a basement where i have added a pool,gym and a hot tub. there is a tv area and a games room too.there is some cc on the lot links listed below you may need to get them for the mesh's. this lot requires all ep's & sp's.

the set of flowers i used are the plastic 2 tone roses, i downloaded all of them and the recolours. look fab in the game and no need for a gardener so your sims can have gorgeous gardens without the hassle of dying plants.
