This hair is from raon sims. i really like this hair. i decided to recolour it in pooklets neons as i have not seen this hair in any other colour but naturals.they have taken me all day to do along with the pictures.

Now that I know you meant "Raon" and not "Roan" (Stupid typos get me all the time, too ), I can tell you that Mesh inclusion does violate Raon's TOU. If you go here, click on English (if it doesn't automatically give you English) and scroll to the bottom to number 06 on the list you'll see it.
