Teenmale mesh (i've been trying to make this for a long time)

I'm having a super tough time with meshing. Basically all i want is this mesh:
 


combined with this mesh:


 
to make this (this is photoshoped):
 


i also wanted to add tennis shoes too.
 
i'm a complete idiot when it comes to meshing with the sims 2. i already tried it mutiple times but something always goes wrong.
 
i also tried searching for a mesh like this for months but i had no luck.
 
could someone do this for me?
 it'd really help if someone did.
 
it'd be nice outfit/mesh for not only me, but for everyone else to enjoy.

Please be patient and keep in mind people do this on a volunteer basis in their free time. Most members will have jobs and/or school to do, so it could take some time.  It's been less than 24 hours since you requested this (not long at all) which leads me to one more thing.

sorry about that. i just needed it for my next sims 2 machinima because i wanted the character to be dressed up as me. I thought no one else saw this forum.
