I can't think of the word I am looking for but I want to make a Sim like from the old days. No car, only a horse. Looking for some things to make it more realistic. Has anyone seen a washing board you can use for clothes? If there are any farming things, that would be nice too. Basically I am looking for things to make my house seem more realistic. Less technology, more western themed. Anything would help. Think female romance novel like the O' Neil Saga. Any gowns like this would be useful too. I want to make a Sim video. Any interactive swords would be great too.

There's a washboard in this set, but it's deco only Undecided

ETA:
I adore the gowns in this "High Blood" set.
More clothes here, as well.

Handheld sword here and CloudwalkerNZ has a few swords @his blog here & on TSR.
Western-kinda deco (rocking chair, shotgun) here
& there's a shovel in the ground in this set (maybe if you've got a farm/garden)

EA's Riverview has some deco items you may find useful, too.

Hope this helps you! Grin

One place I'd definitely suggest is The Sims 2 Graveyard where you can find a huge assortment of older but still perfectly fine files from some truly awesome creators who either don't have their sites up, anymore, or have retired and removed their content from here, Mod The Sims 2 and other sites. As I recall, there's lots and lots of exactly the kind of things you're looking for, although it may take a little work looking through the stuff. Still, looking at all those great downloads is part of the fun, isn't it?

Hi Ed.

As per my reminder to Dullahan a few posts up, this request is for Sims 3, not 2. Smiley
