I have an elder sim that I want to have a child.
But none of the mods work for elders.
I have Insim, Inteen, and Risky Woohoo.
I don't want to physically age her back to an adult to have a baby.
Is there any way I can use SimPE to "treat" her as an adult (give adult behaviors), so that I can enable her and her boyfriend (adult male) to try for a baby?

I know it's possible for elders to become pregnant. I have seen it on this site before, but darn if I can figure it out.

Put gray hair on an adult sim? By far the easiest...
You could try to age down the sim to adult, make her pregnant, and age her back up just after she has the baby.

Are you sure the insim mod doesn't work? I seem to remember I (a long, long while ago) had an elder couple who got a baby.

For elders to look pregnant, you'd need pregnant morphs, which I strongly doubt most elder clothing has.

I  have searched and searched for a way to get my elderly female to get pregnant. Raven is right.

I go to my SimPE Sim Browser and select the elder that I want to get prego:

I change her to an adult in the Plugin view Life section:

The Sim still has the appearance of an elder so it is great for storytelling:

About the preg morph for elder clothes...
Cynnix is adding it to some old meshes and she is planning of including the preg morph with any new clothes she makes for elders.
Here is a pic of one she did for me with the elder form, saggy boobs and all:

It is for my Medieval 'hood. I do not know if she will be making the elder preg morph for other eras of history.

You can also use Simpe to make Adult Female maternity wear available for Elders. You can also enable all clothing to be worn by Adults, YA & Elders. I use various body shapes in my game so I no longer have "Elder only" clothing.

If you want to do it the old fashion way then you can download Chris Hatch's Alternate Pregnancy Controller and his Free-for-All bed, these 2 mods will let your elders and teens to become pregnant.

You can find both mods at Back Alley Sims. Must be 18+ to download over there.

I have a contribution, I promise!
I have this item made by Chris Hatch, it's a little red figure that lets you mark the age of your Sims (like adult or teen) and then easily switch it back without having to mess with the Sim's actual body. It's called "The Sim go anywhere model".
